Maintenance Attention

1. The air duct of the motor must be unobstructed, and no heat source can be placed around the motor, and preventive measures should be taken in time when problems are found.
2. Under normal conditions, change the grease every six months. When replacing the grease, first wash the bearing with kerosene or gasoline, and then fill two-thirds of the bearing chamber with grease, too much or too little is not good for lubrication.
3. The motor should be inspected regularly, usually a minor inspection every three months, and an overhaul once a year. If the motor winding is burned out due to an accident, it should be disassembled in time to analyze the cause. Usually, the auxiliary winding is burned out due to the failure of starting switching or the capacitor is short-circuited; the main winding is burned out due to long-term overload or stalled starting. Replace the motor winding and remove the cause of the accident before it can be reused.
4. During the use of the electric rail trolley, it is necessary to regularly check the technical status of each component, clean up the dust, water, oil and iron filings that may enter the body in time, and do a good job in the daily maintenance of the electric rail trolley.
