MACHINE APPLICATION:

The FZ-05 coil tilter is used for tilting heavy objects with different specifications for 90 degree with max loading capacity 5tons. It’s widely used in industries of metallurgy, stamping, metal plate, mold, paper making, steel strip, coil, barrels, and etc. High efficient working, safe and reliable.

BASIC FEATURES:

• Special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.
• Four-roller device wrapped with polyuretheane.
• Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.
• Converter controls, Fast, stable and safe.
• Both electric & mechanical limit restrictors adopted to grantee safe operation.
• The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.
• Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
• The machine will stop automatically when turning process finished.
• Emergency stop button can stop the machine rapidly in emergency conditions.

• The equipment has the characteristics of being able to turn over without being limited by the length, width, size and shape of the workpiece
