MACHINE APPLICATION:

BASIC FEATURES:

1. Automatic or semi-auto control can be chose according needs.
2. With motor driven powered roller conveyor for automatic loading&offloading of the copper coils.
3. High anti-friction PU adopted for friction wheels; whole casting structure for turning ring.
4. The level height of turning ring is adjustable, suit for different diameter.
5. Synchronous wrapping system can be chose for wrapping two different material at one operation process.
6. The supportive and protective rollers wrapped by PU.
7. Special tension control system, the tension and overlapping rate of packing material can be adjusted according to needs.
8. Central positioning for best packaging performance.
9. Different packing material can be chose.
