The building hoists were produced in year 2016 to 2019, which worked at the building sites for 3-5years only, and all are in good working conditions. If needed, we can do the refurbishment before delivery to the port.

• Worn rollers and gears will be replaced
• Safety devices will be replaced if chosen unit is over 5 years old
• Cages will be repainted and will still have hot dip galvanized cage frame.
• All cages come with operator cab.
• The refurbished unit will be sold with no warranty,but each cage will be tested them before delivery and before release from factory to make sure those are at good condition
• Refurbishment and recondition of the unit will start upon confirmation of order.
