The slotting department adopts PLC programming to control the operation of each part, store and memorize orders, and control each part automatically in place with one button, and enter the "length, width and height" of the new order to form with one button. The die-cutting department adopts the most popular plate-free die-cutting device and speed difference compensation system. The rubber pad moves vertically and horizontally to increase the service life of the rubber pad. The gear of the whole machine is ground with special alloy steel, and the keyless coupling ring is used to ensure the transmission accuracy.

Main units

Paper feeding unit 1. The leading edge paper feeding increases the suction flow; the paper feeding is more stable and accurate. Frequency conversion controls the wind box vacuum air flow and pressure to match the cardboard size, dust-proof control box. 2. "Delta" series PLC, high-speed operation module and connection communication interface. 3. The main panel on the operating side uses a 10.4-inch color touch-sensitive unit to operate the man-machine interface. 4. The front and side operation panels of the paper feed unit (stainless steel).

Printing unit 1. With the width of the cardboard, the pneumatic gate can be opened and closed electrically to adjust the adsorption range. The suction power of the suction box can be adjusted according to the requirements of different sizes of cardboard. 2. There is no need to install the paper strip-mounted printing plate without the printing unit of the suction conveying device, reducing the time of plate-loading operation. 3. The memory returns to the original printing position function, and the cleaning plate rotates the printing roller to automatically record the relative position of each color before stopping.

Die Cutting Unit There are three operation modes of phase adjustment and registration, numerical setting, button quantitative or inching continuous. After the phase is set, the frequency converter will automatically adjust the speed, which has both accurate positioning and time saving.
