1. Q: Do you have a catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to check all your products?

A: Yes, you can contact us online or send an Email to get the catalogue. 

2. Q: I can't find the product on your catalogue; can you make this product for me? 

A: Our catalogue shows most of our products, but not all. Just let us know what product you need, and how many you want. If we do not have it, we can also design and make a new mould to produce it. For your reference, making an ordinary mould will take about35-45 days. 

3. Q: Can you provide a sample? Are these samples free? 

A: Yes, we provide 5-10 pcs connector free samples for testing. But you have to pay the shipping cost 

4. Q: What about your delivery time? 

A: Stock goods are delivered within 1 day; customized goods are delivered within 5-7days 

5. Q: How to ship my order? 

A: For small packages, send them by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS. That's Door-to-Door service. For big packages, can send them by Air or by sea. We use standard export cartons. We will be responsible for any product damage caused during delivery. 

6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept? Can I pay RMB?

Because we have so many items, it's impossible to mark all of their prices on a list, and the prices are always changing because of the material cost and quantity. And you can give us a list for all of the item you need, we will confirm carefully one by one,and give youspecification and price list

9. Q: Can you make customized products and customized packing? 

A: Yes. We have made a lot of customized products for our customers before (mainly wire harnesses). About customized packing, there is no problem; we can put your Logo orother information on the packing. Just have to point out that it will cause some additional cost.
