General information of transformer foil winding machine BRJ200
Single layer copper strip transformer foil winding machine BRJ200 is mainly used to winding small sized foil coils. The transformer foil winding machine is provided with cold welding unit to weld copper or aluminium strip with bus bar together. The transformer foil winding machine is also provided with one set of welding mold, the total number of the welding molds is six pieces. The welding molds are provided according to the maximum and minimum thickness of bus bar and foil. Servo motors are used to guarantee the precision of the moving of the foil, which also guarantee the correct position of the welding. It is very easy to operate the transformer foil winding machine.
