ZJ/ZJY type shaft-mounted hard tooth surface reducer, the product is manufactured according to JB/T7337-1994 standard, the hollow output shaft is directly suspended on the input shaft end of the driven host, and adopts two types of expansion ring connection and key connection.

The gear of the reducer is made of high-quality alloy steel, quenched and ground, with high precision and high hardness; light weight, no need to install a base, flexible layout, easy maintenance, and can be equipped with a one-way backstop device.

Scope of product use and precautions:

1. ZJ-type shaft-mounted reducer is used for transmission of conveyors, bucket elevators, and other general-purpose machinery installed in suspension;

2. The ambient temperature is -20℃-+40℃, and the input speed does not exceed 1500r/min;

3. Please add lubricating oil before use. Generally, it is L-cKc10, L-cKc220Z medium extreme pressure industrial gear oil, and the oil level should reach the screw plug at the installation position.

Option description:

1. Rotation direction of output shaft: "S" is clockwise, "N" is counterclockwise; "L" rotates left and right (not marked);

2. Type of input shaft: "I" for right installation, "II" for left installation;

3. Type of expansion ring output shaft gland: "T" through cover, "M" stuffy cover.
