Aluminum Alloy

1. 2. Good corrosion resistance and weather resistance: Aluminum and aluminum alloy can form a hard and dense oxide film with good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, and the surface treatment such as electrophoretic painting, anodic oxidation and powder coating can further improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum.

3. Good decorative property: Aluminum alloy has good plasticity and can be processed with various specifications and formed products, and the surface treatment can generate different properties and different color film layers, and the decorative property is also better.

4. Good thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of aluminum is very high, second only to gold, silver and copper among metals, and 3 times that of iron, and the same weight of aluminum is 12 times that of iron, therefore, aluminum alloy is a good material for manufacturing radiators and heaters.

Anodic Oxidation

Anodic Oxidation is an electrochemical method that produces an oxide film on a metal substrate. It removes electrons from a substance and oxidizes the anode.

Anodic Oxidation increases corrosion and wear resistance and provides better adhesion to paint primers and glues than bare metal.

Anodic films can also be used for some cosmetic effects, either with thick, porous coatings to absorb dyes or with thin, transparent coatings to increase the interference effect of reflected light.
