Under normal circumstances, the rear axle part of the car produces
an abnormal sound, which is not unrelated to the clearance
adjustment of the pot corner gear. In terms of assembly processes,
the following are as follows:
1. Preload of active bevel gear bearings. Select an adjustment
gasket of the appropriate thickness, install it between the inner
housing ring and the spacer sleeve of the bearing in the active
bevel gear, and tighten the lock nut according to the specified
torque. To determine the rotational moment of the active bevel
gear, the bearing should be coated with grease, but not oil sealed,
and the active gear should be rotated on both sides (not less than
5 turns in each direction). Pay attention to observe whether the
cage of the bearing is deformed, whether the roller is in place,
and if the measured rotational torque does not meet the
requirements, the adjustment gasket should be replaced and
readjusted.
2. Preload of driven bevel gear bearings. After the preload
adjustment of the active bevel gear bearing is completed, rotate
the left and right adjustment rings to adjust the preload of the
driven bevel gear bearing so that the rotational torque measured on
the active bevel gear protrusion meets the specified requirements.
3. Active bevel gear rear bearing assembly. The active bevel gear
can be easily fitted by cleaning the bearings during assembly,
applying butter, sticking the rollers firmly, opening the rear
cover of the rear axle housing for observation, or removing the
front bearing connection of the active bevel gear. Then, in turn,
other parts are inserted and tightened to avoid damage to the
bearing. When testing, it is necessary to decompose the rear axle,
which should be adjusted according to the specifiions, and if
necessary, the main reducer should be decomposed for maintenance.
4. Detect bearing wear. The wear of a ball (column) bearing can be
judged by measuring its radial and axial clearance.
Generally speaking, the gap is still relatively easy to adjust,
mainly the bite marks. After replacing the pot angle gear, first
put the pot tooth or large wheel on the differential shell, and
then fix the bearing seat and flower nut on both sides, basically
preset a position, install the small wheel (angle teeth), the small
wheel tooth surface is coated with colorant, generally red dan
powder, by hand, to see the tooth surface to eat the color,
adjusted to the large wheel working tooth surface Of the mark is
small, but can not out of the tooth end.
The adjustment position is the adjustment of the flower nut at both
ends of the large wheel, and the other is the adjustment of the
thickness of the gasket behind the small wheel. As for the gap you
said, you can squeeze the lead wire on the tooth side, and then
measure the thickness of the lead wire after squeezing. The
specific side gap requirements depend on the module number and
working conditions of the gear to judge, but the conventional 0.3 ~
0.4mm is no problem.
