Metal-Polymer Plain Bearings Grease Lubricated

POM bearings are made with a steel support on which a sintered bronze layer is applied. An upper POM layer is then applied to this bronze layer. The intermediate bronze layer ensures effective heat dissipation and creates a strong union between the steel support and the sliding surface.

The steel primer is provided with a layer of copper or tin to prevent corrosion, while the top POM layer contains grease wells to retain grease.
