1,hydraulic pulper application:

①Used in paper and pulp industry for breaking waste paper and wet-strength paper. This equipment is fitted with P.S. Vokes rotor.

②which can strengthen hydraulic cycle and fiber defiberizing and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption.

③Rotor deviates from the center of trough body and trough body structure is D-shape, which can make the contact between pulp and rotor quicker, with higher frequency.Thereby, on condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. Rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of rotor and extraction plate can be extended.

3,hydraulic pulper main technical parameters:

①HT Series D type Hydrapulper changed pulp flow direction of traditional pulp machine and make the thick liquid material always flow to the center direction.

②It improves the height of thick liquid at center position. meanwhile increases the striking times of thick liquid material to the impeller and improve pulping resolution capabilities by 30%..

4,hydraulic pulper features:

D type hydrapulper is made up of "D" type tub, rotor device, outrigger, drive mechanism and motor and other major parts.

(1)"D" type tub

"D" type tub welded together by steel plate. Flowing external channel steel is used for rei-nforcing the tub. The guide plate located in the bottom of inner cone is used for prompting pulp reflow so that formatting cycle.

(2)Rotor device

The rotor and the plasma disc is higher than the bottom of pulper groove plane, a low pres-sure area will be formed around the rotor to gather heavy impurities. When the heavy impurities deposit to the bottom, they will be taken to the sediment well or heavy slag collecting

tank due to the effect of rotation of the slurry, which can reduce the touch between the rot-or and the impurities so that prolong the service life of the rotor and prevent the twisted rope winding on the rotor in order to protect the twisted rope and rotor from being damaged.
