The TBM cutter produced by ROSCHEN is mainly used in Metro, railway, highway, mine, hydropower, water conservancy, municipal pipe network and other shield trenchless construction engineering fields. It is suitable for domestic and foreign shield machines such as Palmieri, Herrenknecht, Robbins, China railway equipment, etc., meeting the needs of various tunnel excavation operations

With advanced reaming and forging technology, the TBM cutter ring has good annealing resistance and thermal stability, which can ensure that the hardness of the TBM cutter ring will not be reduced in the process of hot assembly and rolling. High quality materials are selected to make the cutter ring have high hardness and wear resistance, so as to effectively improve the service life of the cutter. Bearing selection of the world's top brands, excellent seal components can minimize the possibility of shaft bearing dirt failure, through scientific assembly methods, the cutter can also maintain normal operation in harsh environment. The other parts of the TBM cutters have also been optimized, with high strength and durability, which can be quickly disassembled and reassembled, and the parts can be replaced.

With the development of material, metallurgy and heat-treatment technologies, we manufacture 17", 18", 19" and 20" standard, heavy-duty, extra heavy-duty and TCI TBM cutter rings. Our TBM cutter ring features:

1. Standard cutter rings are forged with alloy tool steel and heat-treated to HRC56-58 with an ideal balance between hardness and toughness, suitable for soft ground to mixed ground.

2. Heavy duty cutter rings are forged with alloy tool steel and particularly heat-treated to HRC57-59 with high wear resistance, suitable for hard rock and abrasive rock.

3. Extra heavy-duty cutter rings are forged with matrix steel and heat-treated to HRC59-62 with extra wear resistance, suitable for full-face hard rock TBM.

4. TCI cutter rings are inserted with various shaped tungsten carbide tips. The TCI are very wear resistant to bore ground, and undulating nature of the TCI would help the cutter to rotate and avoid flat spotting, suitable for abrasive but not very hard ground.

5. The cutter rings are manufactured with ideal profile and tip width, usually 13mm to 30mm in order to achieve high excavating efficiency and long lifetime.

6. Our TBM cutter rings can be interchanged completely with Palmieri, Herrenknecht, Robbins and Wirth cutter rings.
