1. Servo energy saving retrofitting principle of Forging Machine

Under the same pressure and flux as the old machine, we full consider to the use of the stability, and supply the servo system with bigger motor torque and driver power , light overload to make sure the machine running stability

When cooling, the motor stops rotating and there is no power consumption.

When the pressure is maintained, the rated torque of the motor is output, and only the oil leakage in the system is output.

During the operation, the system only outputs the actual demand without overflow energy loss.

Flow, pressure closed-loop double control, stability guaranteed, high repetition accuracy.

Using permanent magnet synchronous motor, the moment of inertia is small, the system response speed is fast, the flow and pressure adjustment is convenient, and all kinds of complex processes are easy to realize.
