DC12V LPG CNG Magnetic Coil For C300 Pressure Reducer Regulator With AMP Connector
This 10R-30 0320 14 mm x 42 mm x 34 mm Solenoid Coilcan be used for BRC CNG reducer valves and for EMER C300 Cng pressure reducer valves. The principle of the solenoid coil is established by the presence of a magnetic field around the wire, and it is wound into a spiral to strengthen the magnetic field, that is, the minimum magnetic field is used to achieve the highest magnetic field strength, and the wire coated with a layer of insulating varnish is used instead of the ordinary wire to save space.
The main structure of the electromagnetic coil is composed of a
pilot valve and a main valve and an electromagnetic coil. The main
valve adopts a piston type structure. When the position is normal,
the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure in
the valve chamber is balanced, and the main valve port is closed;
When the solenoid valve coil is energized, an electromagnetic force
is generated to attract the movable iron core, and the medium in
the main valve chamber is leaked from the pilot valve port, so that
a pressure difference is generated, the piston or the valve cup is
quickly lifted, the main valve port is opened, and the valve is
presented. The passage is closed; when the solenoid valve coil is
de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, the movable iron core
is reset, the pilot valve port is closed, and the pressure in the
pilot valve and the main valve chamber is balanced, the valve is
closed again.

Steps and methods for properly installing a solenoid valve coil:
1. Check if the solenoid valve and the selected parameters are the same, such as differential pressure, etc. If the error occurs, the solenoid valve coil will be burned out. Voltage fluctuations should be within the normal range and meet the rated voltage.
2. Before connecting the pipeline, flush the pipeline and remove the residual dirt in the pipeline. If there are residual stains, it will affect the normal use of the solenoid valve. To prevent this, a filter should be installed in the pipeline.
3. Install the solenoid valve coil of the solenoid valve vertically on the horizontal and ground pipes. If there is a special situation, it cannot be installed vertically. The appropriate solenoid valve should be ordered in advance, otherwise the solenoid valve will not work properly.
4. When installing, add a safety process and install a manual cutting valve to facilitate maintenance in case of failure.
5. Pay attention to the direction when installing, can not be reversed, installed in the direction indicated on the package, and can be reversed in some special cases such as vacuum.
