The modified fiber ball is made of modified fiber. The fiber is modified to have the characteristics of hydrophilic and oleophobic. No matter the modified fiber sticks to pure oil or oily sewage, water molecules can penetrate into the surface of the modified fiber when encountering water, forming a layer of water membrane to separate the fiber and oil; the crude oil that can adhere to the surface of the modified fiber is cleaned when backwashing, and the backwashing regeneration performance is particularly good.This water filler media has the advantages of good effect, high precision, easy to wash and long service life.

Polyester Fiber Balls is the next generation filter material for swimming pools, a perfect replacement for the traditionally used sand.
A 700 g pack is equal, in filtering capacity, to a 25 kg bag of sand. Fibre Ball is made of 100% polyester.
The mix of fibres ensures, in addition to minimal bulk and weight, an excellent level of micro particle filtering.

Working Principle

The density of modified fiber ball is larger than that of ordinary fiber ball and it is not sticky with oil. It can sink to the bottom of tank under the hydraulic action during filtration, and the gap structure of upper layer is loose, at the same time, the lower layer is tight. The porosity of modified fiber ball filter material gradually decreases with the direction of water flow, forming a relatively ideal gap distribution state of upper big and lower small, with enhanced interception and filtration effect number.

Modified fiber ball can be used in top filter, bottom filter, external filter, wall mounted filter.

And it is widely used in high standard water for oil field, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, printing and dyeing and other industries.
