Working process

►Blowing system

! In-line ion gas duster, which is preform purification technology, cleans the preform.
! High-efficiency and energy saving preform heating technology help save much electrical power in preform heating part.

! It adopts the gripper transfer technology accurately controlled by cam mechanism. It is very stable and reliable while transferring preforms and bottle at high speed.Preform picking & sending and bottle picking & ranking are all finished by grippers to avoid middle pollution.
! Self-adaptation two-step blowing technology ensure the smooth and effective blowing process, from which produce high-quality bottles.

►Filling machine

1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which means the whole filling process is finished.

2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

5). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.

►Capping machine

1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.

Advantages

►The recovery system in blowing part can reduce air consumption by 15%-20%.

►The ceramic plate and reverse trail system in the heating part can reduce the electricity by 10%-15%.

►Compared to traditional separate machines where blowing machine and filling machine are connected by air conveyor, combiblock has reduced many processes, reducing the erosion of bottles in transmission process, thus making bottle weight-light possible. And the bottle weight (taking 500ml as an example) can be reduced to 10g from 24g.
