Stripping tower is the key equipment to decrease the residual solvent of crude oil. It can be divided into three types according to different contact surface between gas and liquid: laminated dish stripping tower, plate stripping tower and pipe stripping tower .

The improved Rojie Laminated dish stripping tower completely eliminate the malpractice that gas phase pass through the short distance, and it has the character of easy operation, reliable property, good stripping effect, easy maintenance and cleaning.

Oblique plate stripping tower mainly consists of pipe stripping section, oblique plate stripping section, upper separating chamber and lower separation chamber. The difference between laminated dish stripping tower and oblique plate stripping tower is that the dish is changed to two sets of oblique plates. Because of adopting pipe stripping section and oblique plate stripping section, it makes dense miscella and direct steam having enough time to mix and strip.
