CA76T Goyen Type Threaded Valve consist of solenoid coil, armature assembly, diaphragm ,aluminum alloy body and other screws. Pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that can be opened and closed by a high pressure gas source in an instant under the control of a pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic. The pulse valve is the main component of the bag filter, and it can be sprayed more than 1 million times. The pulse valve is based on the airflow through the air resistance,The delay of the air volume makes the long signal input become a pulse signal.

Failure analysis and troubleshooting

1.Does not operate when powered on
1). Poor contact in power wiring → Connect the power cord
2).The power supply voltage is not within the allowable range → the adjustment voltage is within the normal range
3).Coil shorted or burned out → Replace the coil
2. Fluid cannot pass when opening the valve
1). Fluid viscosity or temperature does not match → adjust pressure or working pressure difference or replace suitable product
2). Impurities are mixed around the valve core and the moving iron core → To clean the inside, a filter must be installed before the valve
3).Pre-valve filter or pilot valve hole blocked → Clean filter or pilot valve hole in time
4). The operating frequency is too high or the life has expired during use → change product model or replace with new product
3. The fluid cannot be shut off when the valve is closed
1). Fluid viscosity and temperature do not match → Replace with a suitable product
2). Deformed or expired spring → Add gasket or replace spring
3). Defective or soiled valve seat → wash, grind, or renew
4. Leakage
1). Loose pipe connection → Tighten bolts or pipe threads
2). Damaged seal at pipe connection → Replace seal
5. Noise is too loud when power is applied
1). Loose fastener → tighten
2). Voltage fluctuation, out of allowable range → adjust to normal range
3). Unsuitable fluid pressure or working pressure difference → Adjust pressure or
