BS pulverizer machine has a very good effect for different kinds of spices, like chilli, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, bandits, cardamom, garlic, star anise, cloves, geraniol, turmeric, ginger, fennel, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber. For root, herb and leaf, the grinding effect is also good.

Working method:

Material is crushed by high speed relative motion of movable hammer knives and fixed disc. There is screen mesh in mill chamber,if the particle is smaller than the hole size of screen mesh, it will pass the screen mesh and get out of the mill chamber by centrifuge force. If not, the particle will continue to be crushed in the mill chamber.By force of blower, powder will go to cyclone and be discharged, the ultra-fine powder will be separated to dust collecting box.The production process is dust-free and continuous.

Main components:

1) Crusher part:unique design,crusher part won't get hot even though working for hours.It can grind spice and oil material with oil content reach 10%-20%.Color and nature of material won't change.Change powder size by changing different mesh screen.

2) Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even,and is also made of stainless steel.It is convinent to clean and dismantle.

3) Pulse Dust Collecting box:dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
