Our BS high speed hammer mill is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material and powder industries. It’s suitable for small batch production or laboratory sample test. Whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel, can get different grinding fineness by replacing the stainless steel sieves. The machine using the relative movement between the gears, so that the material cutting by the cutter, rubbing and get crushed.

Working method:

There is a movable cutter head on the main shaft of the machine, a fixed ring gear is installed in the crushing cavity, and there is a filter under the ring gear. When the spindle is working at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. The material is impacted, rubbed, and cut by the fixed ring gear and movable hammer. The materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effect, they are crushed into powder. If the powder particles are smaller than the sieve mesh size, the sieve will be thrown out of the sieve and then discharged out of the grinder cavity. Large particles will continue to be crushed.

Main features:

1. The hammer mill can be widely applied in industries, such as medicine, chemical and food,etc., for grinding of dry and fragile materials. Materials with low softening point and big viscosity are not appropriate for this machine.
2. Components of this machine which have contact with materials to be crushed are all made of stainless steel with good anti-corrosive property. The housing is in a full enclosure for the convenience of cleaning. The interior walls are all treated to achieve evenness and smoothness of the surface, thus to ensure production of such materials as medicine, food and chemical in better conformity with the national "GMP" standard.
