Our BSR powder blender is composed of U-shape barrel,transmisstion shaft and ribbon agitating paddles inside. The paddles inside makes the materials move around again and again.Then the materials are mixed in an very effective way in a short time. This mixer can be used in food, chemical pharmaceutical and other industries.

Working method:

Our ribbon mixer is mainly composed of a mixing cylinder, a spiral belt and a follower. The spiral band consists of two layers. That is, the inner belt moves the material outward, and the outer belt moves the material inward, forming a good cycle of the material. The ribbon moves in such a circular manner that the mixer can achieve fine mixing efficiency in a short time.

Main features:

1) The effect of mixing is very excellent and it can quickly meet mixing requirements. The blending time of common material is within 3-15 min.
2) The mixer is convenient to feed, coordinated lifting equipment can be installed on the upper side of the barrel, and it has no problems caused by rotating .Feeding effect is good without clogging and less land occupation.
3) There is a pneumatic valve at discharge part which is easy to operate. It can be integrated with weighing system, achieving automatic continuous operation of feeding, weighing and packing.
