Instructions:

• Imported double servo drive, accurate accuracy, reduction of mechanical transmission part, can effectively reduce the failure rate of machinery.
• The stitcher is operated by touch screen, and the parameters (nail distance, nail number, nail type, back baffle) are convenient and quick to change.
• OMRON PLC control system is used in the whole control system of stitcher
• All switches in the control box are produced by Taiwan SHIHLIN
• Bottom mold of automatic stitcher, blade made of German tungsten steel (wear-resistant)
• The whole set of nail head of stitcher is made of special steel and processed by computer gongs
• It can be nailed with single nail/ or double nails //at one time, which can meet different requirements of different customers
• The paper feeding unit is equipped with electric adjustment mechanism

• The size of carton is adjusted by computer and equipped with fine adjustment system.
• The paper feeding part,head nail part and back baffle driving part of the stitcher are all driven by servo motor .When adjusting the mechanical rear baffle,it can be operated directly on the touch screen,accurate,convenient and fast,without workers holding a ruler to adjust the size on the machine. It changes the shortcomings of automatic ordinary stitcher,which uses gears and bearings to drove the operation of the machine,reduces the failure rate of the machine,and prolongs the service life .It’s the ideal equipment for the carton factoty.

Wallboard:

We used CAST STEEL not Nodular cast steel.Shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage are not exist in cast stell but has too much in nodular cast steel. Cast stell is expensive than nodular cast steel but tough,dectile and easily machined.Even you cant see the steel's material after painting,but we used good cast steel ,to producted high quality machine is my factory's aim.That's why the machine have been using more than 20 year no problem.
