4, The long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket, 1 bucket cylinder, 1 linkage, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
5, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance. Also the inside have strength plate make it more stronger.

6, Long reach boom are use for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.

9, Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate for heavy-duty application.
10, Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.
11, If necessary, extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra application.

12, For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
13, The manufacture time about 25 days. Warranty time 9 month after installation.

14, We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it's easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.

15, Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use your original stick cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also can prepare for you.
