·Y2 series motors are enclosed fan cooled(TEFC), squirrel cage type three-phase induction motors, developed with a new technique. They are renewal and upgrading products of the Y series. The mounting dimension is fully conformed with the IEC standard.

·The motors have the merits of beautiful modeling, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, large starting torque, easy serving, etc. Moreover, according to international practice, the motors are adopted with F class insulation and designed with assessing methods for the insulation system, which greatly enhances the motor's safety and reliability. As a result, these motors have reached an advanced international level in the 1990s.
