Cutting after forming: cut the sheet after roll forming to required length;

Length measuring: automatic length measuring.

Automatic length measurement: a set of length measurement tooling, gently pressed on the surface of steel plate, rolling with the moving speed of steel plate, inductive length measurement, length error easy to be corrected.
Automatic measurement;
PLC is used to control length and quantity. When the required quantity is reached, the machine will automatically cut to the length and stop;
Control panel: button switch, LED display length and quantity;
Length unit: mm;
Motor overload, system overcurrent, short circuit protection function;
Displays the total length and total yield.
