This type of screw is specially designed for PETG. The screw and barrel make PETG uniform plastication, high efficiency, and without color spot, which makes the product highly transparent.

The die head is also specially designed and developed for PETG, and the material of the die head is greatly improved, so that the products are even and wireless and have high gloss. It can also produce thick-bottom PETG products.

MP55F is equipped with high standard of energy saving driving systems. All extrusion and hyraulic motors are in IE3/4 energy level. Also, servo energy saving feature can be easily applied.
