1. Introduce
Flame retardant fiber has permanent flame-retardant effect. It does not contain halogen element and only has carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and a small amount of phosphor us. The flame- retardant fiber won't produce a suffocating toxic gas during combustion compared with traditional halogen flame retardants. It also released lower amount of smoke and has good thermal stability non-toxic, etc.
With phosphorus content of more than 6500ppm and limiting oxygen index about 32%, the flame-retardant effect is good.it has stable quality, high strength, less defects and good spinnability.
