Feature:

1. The whole machine is manufactured by PVC board, in uses advanced three-dimensional makes up the strong technology, the structure is solid, bears the acid and alkali, the heat resistance never distorts, suitable for test specification of salt spay and copper acetate etc..
2. It is controlled on the same panel,and is easy to operate at a glance.
3. Adopt automatic / manual water supply system, which can automatically add water level when the water level is insufficient, so that the test will not be interrupted. It will alarm when water shortage to assure continuing safety.
4. The precise glass spray nozzle (PYREX) is made by special glass, the mist proliferation is even, and the nature falls to previews, and guaranteed the non-crystallization salt blocks after continuous use 4200hours.
5. With double over temperature protection function, warning display when over temperature,and cut off the heater power supply, to assure continuing safety.
6. Imported temperature controller using digital display, PID control, error ±0.1℃.
7. The test chamber adopts steam direct heating method, the heating speed is fast and uniform, and reduce the standby time, and the heating pipe is made of high corrosion resistant titanium tube.
8. Spray tower with conical diffuser, with the guidance of fog, adjust the amount of fog and the amount of uniform drop etc..
9. Saturated air barrel adopts Henry's law, to be heated humidification, and provide the necessary humidity for the laboratory. Its material is SUS#304 stainless steel to make insulation effect the best, with a visual communicating vessels and drainage switch, so as to view water level in the saturated air barrel and easy for cleaning.
10. With automatic defogging device, so that can see the test sample in the chamber clearly.
11. Fog seal water tank, the use of water seal, to prevent leakage of fog.
12. Test chamber sealing cover is imported P.V.C board from the Taiwan , using pneumatic cylinder automatic lifting, easy to operate, safe and reliable operation.
13. Import timer using digital display, can set the time Hours. minutes. Seconds at each subsection. arbitrary test time, can adjust the time range from 0.01 seconds to 9999 hours.
14. Laboratory basket support adopt flat indexing frame, adjustable angle, surrounded by mist side down exactly the same, place the large number of test pieces.
