ECE R118 Burning Rate And Flame Propagation Tester

Introduction

This flame progagation test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the test requirements of QC / T 730-2005 and ECE R118 Annex 10 automotive electrical cable burning test. This integrated machine is intelligent, with PLC and touch screen intelligent control; automotive cable burning test program; you can freely select the required test program on the screen after booting; the program time is freely set, the system automatically controls the ignition time and automatically records the test time , flameout time, etc .; the test data system is automatically saved and can be freely recalled.

Cabinet and clamp

1.Cabinet size: length 1200mm X width 600mmX height 1300mm;

2. Oversized test cabinet 0.55m³ to ensure sufficient air supply for the test;

3.Paint baking treatment of the cabinet; internal baking black paint (standard requirements) ,corrosion resistance;

4 The equipment is composed of a test part and a control part and adopts an integrated design, which is convenient for on-site installation and debugging.

5.Large-scale glass observation window, beautiful and elegant; easy to observe the burning state of the sample;

6.Advanced industrial appearance design and test operation consider ergonomic design, easy to touch the sample.Burner rod design makes it easy to operate;

7.304 stainless steel flame height scale, accuracy 0.5mm;

8.Stainless steel wire sample holder;

9.The top is equipped with a smoke exhaust fan device. After the test, the exhaust gas generated by the combustion is discharged.
