Operation principle of manual briquette machine

1. The main pressure oil cylinder, which connects the punch and extrudes the metal bulk in the die, is the largest and most important in the oil cylinder group.

2. The speed increasing cylinder, above the main pressure cylinder, is used to improve the extrusion speed of the main pressure cylinder, increase the working efficiency, and increase the return speed.

3. The pushing cylinder pushes the metal chips in the hopper into the die.

4. The pulling block oil cylinder is used to push out the cake in the die after falling. It is mainly used for pressing steel chips, cast iron chips, copper chips and aluminum chips into high-density cylindrical lumps to facilitate recovery and smelting, especially cast iron chips can replace cast pig iron after pressing.
