2. Automatic control of feeding, automatic measurement, PLC control, man-machine interface for data input and storage in the whole production process

3. Automatically control the feeding of liquid materials, and the feeding valve composed of fast feeding and slow feeding can increase the feeding speed and the filling measurement accuracy

4. The weighing and mixing tank adopts frequency converter to control the mixing speed, which can be set arbitrarily. When mixing different raw materials, different mixing speeds can be realized. Make the uniformity and fineness of the finished product follow up and meet the process requirements quickly

5. The control cabinet adopts EX explosion-proof type, the control cabinet is equipped with a touch screen, and the operator can input various data and formulas through the touch screen

6. Small materials (liquid or powder can be added) can be added on site according to customer requirements, which is flexible and convenient to use.
