PCB V Cut Machine Introduction

● Fully-auto online V-groove Separator machine has greatly improve the quality of splitting the PCB Boards.

● It can realize the V-groove X and Y direction two-ways auotmatic slitting,

it can cutting the aluminum substrate (300-1500mm), the Copper substrates, FR4 without burres.

● It can be connected to the assembly line to achieve full-auto PCB separation without manual placement,

the separated boards are transported away though the assembly line, which greatly save labor cost.

● When changing product, you can directly exchange the knife die part and suction cup part

without manual adjustment of the blade, which saves time greatly.
