When used, 1/4" Hydraulic control line tubing is connected to the downhole ety valve and a purge valve, whose switching pressure is controlled by the surface pressure. After reaching the set pressure, the ety valve and release valve open simultaneously. In this case, the normal production wells can be guaranteed, and the separated gas through the discharge valve may be discharged from the ring by an electric submersible pump. Then, the pressure in the control line tubing is released, while the downhole ety valve and discharge valve are to be closed, oil and gas well tubing and annulus circulation channels are blocked, so as to ensure the ety of the well. Of course, the 1/4 "hydraulic control lines may be used alone, like the downhole ety valve for controlling the valve and the other ground surface valves, as well as large-scale equipment for connecting pipes of various instrumentation control system of the oil and gas drilling and production.
