ØOne set of pump A and pump B
Equipped with a single A component and a single B component. Glue A and B are automatically mixed and proportioned automatically.

ØAdhesive device
When the pressure increases, more glue B will automatically flow back, thus saving material.

ØDouble body device
The two-body device has two functions. The one on the left is used to filter impurities and moisture when filling gas, and the one on the right plays the role of lubrication.

ØSeal device
Adopt a Japan Yaskawa servo motor to control the seal with 360°rotation. A scraper is set to scrape the excess glue, and there is no need to repair the glass corner a second time.

ØSynchronous belt
The timing belt device ensures that the glass can be transported smoothly and accurately positioned.

Smart sensor
Automatically position the glass and sensor glue to the depth, and the coating speed can be adjusted online.

ØStorage function
When the glass size is less than 1.8m, it can store three pieces of insulating glass.

ØEquipped with manual device
Each individual part is equipped with manual operation, just in case.

ØEight servos
The robot uses eight Yaskawa servo mechanisms, four of which control the transmission components. In the other four servo mechanisms, they control the suction cups, lifting, driving and adjusting mechanisms, and rotation.

ØMain electrical components
The main electrical components use Siemens, SMC, and other famous spare parts to maintain a more stable performance.
