Feature of Retractable Bleacher Seating:

Seat: It is a hollow blow-molded HDPE chair. The overall design of the seat conforms to ergonomic principles and adopts front installation. Each floor of the bleacher is 800mm wide, 350mm high, and the seat installation center distance is 500mm.

Drive mode is electric drive, using wireless remote control or wired handle control. The chair surface adopts hollow blow molding manufacturing process, and high-density polyethylene material (HDPE) is selected for one-time processing and molding.

It has the characteristics of rounded edges and corners on the seat surface, relatively concentrated molecular weight, high bonding strength at the junction, excellent aging resistance, and excellent impact resistance. The surface of the seat is balanced, free from poor plasticization, cracks, holes, oil stains, deformation and other defects, uniform color, and no obvious color difference.

①. Overall dimensions of the chair surface: seat width × chair depth × chair back height = 450 × 310 × 120 (mm), the thickness of the seat is not less than 3mm.

② The seat can bear more than 200kg and is impact resistant.

③. Seat static load: the seat surface is loaded with more than 1600N, and the seat back is loaded with more than 760N.

④ Seat durability: The seat is loaded with 950N×200,000 times more than ten thousand times.

⑤ The seat is resistant to high and low temperatures: +75°C to -50°C. There are no appearance changes such as cracks, spots, blisters and obvious deformations, and no appearance changes such as local chalking cracks, spots, blisters and obvious deformations.
