Chrome (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls,High precision chrome steel balls contain chromium and due to through hardening has an excellent surface quality and high load bearing.GCr15 bearing steel, containing c0.95-1.05, Mn0.25-0.45, Si0.15-0.35.

Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control assures tolerance accuracy, fine surface finish and a consistent high quality. are the most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and for a variety of automobile applications.

The chrome steel balls are uniformly hardened and tempered throughout their entire diameter to achieve maximum strength and quality. Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-66 HRC range as measured on parallel flat surfaces. Custom heat treating is available for special hardness and dimensional stability requirements.
