As an important part of the ultrasonic welding system, ultrasonic boosters are mainly used for energy transfer and amplification in ultrasonic welding. The energy transmitted to the welding surface and the strength of the weld obtained by welding have a direct impact. The efficiency of the ultrasonic energy transfer from the transducer and horn depends not only on the design of the booster but also on the booster's material. The ultrasonic boosters have different materials, such as aluminum alloy, low carbon steel, stainless steel, and titanium alloy. The strength of the weld obtained by the titanium alloy booster is the highest, followed by low carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and stainless steel. 3. What's the warranty of your ultrasonic welding booster?
Three months Warranty with no human damage.
In this period factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or the factory will send the new parts to the customer instead of the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, the factory will repair it or send the new parts at the cost price.
