Descripction

This unit is used as a buffer between SMD machines.

Receive the NG board and pass OK board after reflow oven / AOI

Features

1. PLC+LED touch screen control, easy to operate.
2. Use durable rollers for transmission (No need change belts).
3. Three modes of operation:FIFO ( first in first out),LIFO ( last in first out), PASS.

4. Secondary detection function. If 2nd detection result is OK, the board will return to lower layer conveyor belt and be transported to next step;

If 2nd detection result is NG, operator can take the board away directly, or click "NG board back" button, then the board will be stocked in machine.
5. Smooth and precise width adjustment (leadscrew).
6. Fast, smooth and precise search and location.
7. Full closed design ensures safety level of operation.
8. Smaller footprint.
