Product Description
I. Application
Railway signal cables are suitable for control circuits of railway signals, audio signals or automatic signal devices with rated voltages of AC 500V or DC 1000V and below. Among them, comprehensive sheath and aluminum sheath railway signal cables have a certain shielding performance, which is suitable for laying in electrified sections or other areas with strong electrical interference.
II. Performance Characters
1.The ambient temperature of the cable is -40℃~+60℃.
2.The long-term working temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed +70℃.
3.Cable laying environment temperature: PVC outer sheathed cable should not be lower than 0℃; PE outer sheathed cable should not be lower than -20℃.
4.The allowable bending radius of the cable: non-armoured cables should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; armored cables should not be less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.
5.The ideal shielding coefficient of the comprehensive sheathed railway signal cable is ≤0.8; the ideal shielding coefficient of the aluminum sheathed railway signal cable is ≤0.3
