3.Plant Description

The mobile crushing station is composed of 2 trailers. One of the vehicles is equipped with main engine equipment consisting of 3895 Vibrating feeders +PE600*900 jaw crusher, and the second vehicle is composed of HP300 hydraulic cone crusher +3 layer 2270 vibrating screen.

Install the maintained main engine equipment on the mobile trailer, and then equip with appropriate feeding hopper, discharge hopper, legs and other non-standard parts.

Test the stability of the whole system. In the design process, considering the actual operation of the site, the frame and vibrating screen platform to add hydraulic support legs. Convenient for the working site when needs to move the legs.
