1. Product features:

Brick-making machine extrusion pressure, high vacuum, dense mud, clean appearance. Fully suitable for one yard of combustion process requirements, high productivity, low water content of molding, reduce energy consumption and loss in production. It is an ideal equipment for producing all coal gangue, high volume fly ash, shale and low quality sand brick

Receiving box: The mud after vacuum degassing falls into the receiving box, and the screw reamer pushes it into the mud tank during the relative rotation of the mud hammer and the screw cutter.

It is appliable for the production of solid brick , load-bearing perforated brick , and hight-rate hollow brick with the material of coal gangue , shale , high-volume fly ash , urban construction waste , gangue waste , inferior soil .

The blade of the reamer adopt the wear-resistant metallic material coating technology which make its life is four times to seven times longer than the common reamer. The lead has the function of light pressure delivery and high pressure extrusion which make the machine save energy from fifteen percent to thirty percent.
