SSCG Dynamometer for Single Cylinder Gasoline Engine
SSCG series AC dynamometer is an indoor test system with high precision and high repeatability, whose main goal is to test the performance of single cylinder diesel engine. Through the efficient control system, all test operations can be completed by computer control instructions. High speed data communication module makes the system have higher real-time performance. SSCG series dynamometer has the characteristics of low speed, high torque and high dynamic response.
SSCG dynamometer is a measuring device specially developed for single cylinder gasoline engine, aiming at power test of motorcycle engine, beach motorcycle engine and motorboat engine.
Control System Selection
ACS series AC variable frequency speed regulation system with four quadrant operation and AC power dynamometer measurement and control instrument.
SSCG dynamometer consists of a suspended motor, tension pressure sensor, force measuring device, speed sensor,etc
Working Principle
The alternating current generated by AC motor is converted into DC power by ACS inverter, and then converted into AC network / resistance consumption. ACS AC variable frequency speed regulation system controls the speed and torque of prime mover by regulating the grid current of motor.
When used with the control system, it can not only accurately measure and control the speed and torque of various rotating power machinery, but also measure and collect other signals such as temperature and pressure.
