This motor commutator is suitable for automobile fuel pump motors, including housing, commutator segments, metal bushings and insulating sheets. The cross section of the commutator piece is a fan ring shape, and the cross section of the insulation piece is a fan ring shape and the central angle is smaller than the commutator piece. The commutating piece and the insulating piece are sequentially arranged in a hollow cylinder, and the outer shell is sleeved on the outer end of the commutating piece and the insulating piece. The metal bushing is a hollow cylinder, and the outer surface of the metal bushing abuts on the inner surface of the hollow cylinder composed of the commutator sheet and the insulating sheet. The bottom end of the commutator piece is connected with a contact piece, and the other end of the contact piece can be connected to the brush. An elastic metal sheet is arranged between the commutating piece and the contact piece of the commutator to make the contact piece and the brush elastically contact and reduce the wear of the contact piece. The outer circumference of the commutator segment is provided with a reinforcing ring, which can increase the overall strength of the commutator. The metal bushing is made of stainless steel, which can protect the shell and avoid mechanical stress on the shell when the commutator is pressed onto the shaft.
