Application: This machine is used for the lay flat binding of large format photo books, picture album, children board books, cookbooks, stamp album and so on.

Working process:

• Put the board papers on the working table.
• Set the numbers of the papers per book, and the books quantity
• Paper is sucked one by one down for gluing.
• Paper will be flapping from three directions by the swing pressing board to ensure the spine is flat.
• Get out the books when machines stop feed down the paper.

Note: For making the glued photo books more tightly, pls press the book block (MF-PM500).

• Using water based glue with grid glue roller that can work on full area of board without slipping out of edge of the board.
• Auto pumping the glue, no need to manually add the glue during production.
