Q:When i paid,how can i know the process of production?
A:We will take some production photos for your reference, including raw materials, accessories, the whole lamp, packaging, transportation...You can also video call to understand the production process

Q:When can I receive the goods after placing the order?
A:Lead time : Samples : 3-5 days ; For bulk order : 15-20days ;

Q:If the goods damage in transportation?
A:The packaging uses foam, if using express delivery,add the corner protector and the strap, the packaging is strict, if it is damaged, we will solve the problem in time.

Q:Will the transportation cost be high?
A:we have cooperated with 6 shipping forwarder,and we will choose most economic shipping for you.

Q:Which payment way do you support?
A:we support T/T,Credit card, Western Union, Letter of Credit, Paypal...
Payment : 30% the amount should be paid before producing , the balance 70% of the payment should be paid before shipping.
