All procedures regarding furnace charging, melting and outputting will be done automatically according to a computer program. The program is made based on JEFFER’s rich experience in glass production. It can also be improved and customized to fit perfectly with buyer’s production situation.

• Advanced and reliable computer control system (Siemens PLC, S7-300s applied)
• Full-automatic/semi-automatic/manual (three modes freely interchangeable)
• Glass level will be measured by Laser. Level control accuracy will be ±0.5mm.
