380V / 220V Automatic Hydraulic Unwinding Machine PLC Control System

1. The unwinding machine includes three parts: hydraulic device, mechanical mechanism and automatic unwinding. It is an indispensable equipment for feeding with corrugated sheet forming machine.

2. Working principle: The upper and lower parts of the SPCC coiled steel material are realized by the hydraulic device. The inner diameter of the hole is less than 500mm, and the inner diameter of the general coil steel is 500mm. After being placed in the position, the hydraulic tensioning device is used to ensure that the coil does not move. After the position is fixed, the inside of the corrugated sheet forming machine is manually unwound, and the feeding is completed. In the working process, the photoelectric switch is used to control the retracting of the coil material, and the feeding speed of the corrugated sheet forming machine is at the same frequency.
