Application

Materials to carry weight or strength should be tested using an exploding tester to ensure that the explosion force is compliant with requirements, before making it into final products like truck covers, plates, trampoline fabric, pool covers, compactor curtains.

Electronic bursting strength equipment provides recycled rubber diaphragms with the electronic pressure reader with full lock. The LED lamp is automatically applied for simple observation with a clear acrylic ring.

Sets of 7.3 cm 2 (Φ30.5mm / l.22inch), 10cm2 (Φ 35.7 mm), 50cm2 (Φ 79.8 mm), 100cm2. The balls and clamping rings are interchangeable (Φ 112.8 mm).

Three test methods, constant bursting rate, some pressure bursting and some extensions are provided for the bursting strength testing machine.

This explosive test is also referred to as the mullen bursting test, since its analysis technique is commonly referred to as the Mullen Burst sample, in which the test is splintered across a dia. 1.22 inch and a diaphragm of the rubber below will be swollen to transfer the specimen until it ruptures.
