Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (hereafter called Mitsubishi) AA043MA01 (Alias: T-55226D043J-LW-A-AAN) is a 4.3 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product, with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen. It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -20 ~ 80°C , and the maximal vibration level of 1.0G (9.8 m/s²). It's general features are summarized by Einklcd in the following: 6/8 bit Selectable, Landscape type, White LED Backlight, Wide Aspect Ratio, 180 Reverse , NCM. Based on its features, Einklcd recommend that this model be applied to Industrial etc. According to the information stored in einklcd this model mass production on Q3, 2006 and last shippment on Q1, 2019, Now this model is discontinued.
